After a long plateau

I am finally down to 124lbs, I hope that I can lose weight a little longer before switching up my eating habits again. It would be nice to lose at least 4 more pounds before going back to school, but I’m not going to personally get my hopes up that high. 

For now I am just going to focus on staying and keeping up with getting fit.  

Weight loss and progress

Some people I know have been saying that there is a big difference in my one month update, and I originally commented saying that there was only a bit of a difference. Well I was more pointing to my weight difference than how I look in my progress photographs. 

When I took my progress photos I was about 129lbs and right now I’m about 125lbs, I was simply referring to my weight loss and not my overall fitness progress. 

But thank you so much to everyone who has been so supportive and all those who had sweet comments and such to say.

Day 17: Do you have an eating disorder?

This is a difficult question to answer…when I was younger yes I did have an eating disorder…do I have one now I don’t really know…I just think every day is sort of a battle between whatI know is right and what I would prefer to do…If that makes sense.

Day 16: When did you first decide to lose weight? 

This summer I decided at the end of June that I wanted to change as a whole person and so I started with my weight. So the end of June is when I decided that I was actually going to go for what I want. I won’t go back to the first time I decided I wanted to lose weight…I was too young and I made a lot of bad choices with it.

Day 15: Are you a vegan or vegetarian? Has this help you lose weight?

Yes i am a vegetarian and have been for a long time now, since I was between11-13. It did help me to lose some weight but during that time I was also dealing with an eating disorder so I cannot say it helped me get to where I am today. I do believe it helped me improve my eating habits though. 

Stressed

Well I’ve been at 125lbs for a while now so I’ve decided to change my exercise plans, yesterday. Yesterday I took a break from my normal exercising and started walking/running. By the end of the day I walk/ran 4.8 miles! :3 I was very proud. I did 3.5 of them in one hour! Yay!!! ^.^

Today I am hoping to do 3-4 miles on top of my usual 15-30 minute workout and hopefully that will get my butt into gear for losing this last 15lbs! I would love to be down 120lbs by my 21st birthday so that I can look a little better when I’m hanging out down at LBI in a cute little bathing suit. Wish me luck, because I know this is going to be the longest part of my journey.
