Day 17: Do you have an eating disorder?

This is a difficult question to answer…when I was younger yes I did have an eating disorder…do I have one now I don’t really know…I just think every day is sort of a battle between whatI know is right and what I would prefer to do…If that makes sense.

Day 16: When did you first decide to lose weight? 

This summer I decided at the end of June that I wanted to change as a whole person and so I started with my weight. So the end of June is when I decided that I was actually going to go for what I want. I won’t go back to the first time I decided I wanted to lose weight…I was too young and I made a lot of bad choices with it.

Day 15: Are you a vegan or vegetarian? Has this help you lose weight?

Yes i am a vegetarian and have been for a long time now, since I was between11-13. It did help me to lose some weight but during that time I was also dealing with an eating disorder so I cannot say it helped me get to where I am today. I do believe it helped me improve my eating habits though.

Day 12: What do you normally eat?

I have to switch up everything that I eat all of the time otherwise I will go mad and just stop eating or stop eating healthier foods. I’ll give a few examples of what I love to eat or eat frequently enough.

  • eggs, usually just the whites of eggs
  • spinach, I am really a sucker for spinach I will eat it with everything
  • fiber one bars, they have a bit of sugar but when I cut down my sugar everywhere else that day they are SO worth it
  • Peanut butter
  • Pears
  • Vegetarian meat products such as hot dogs, meat crumble, veggie burgers, bacon, and other things like that

I recently just found some sugar free cookies, pudding, and candies, I will eat sparingly but I am happy to satisfy my sweet tooth now!

Day 10: What was the hardest thing you gave up during the “weight loss”

I haven’t really given anything up so much as I have learned to watch my intake and limit myself with certain things. But I would have to say I miss eating more baked goods and sweets. Peanut butter cookies and a good brownie are probably what I miss the most.

Day 9: Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way? 

 I don’t remember anyone ever commenting on my weight in a negative way besides my mother on a few occasions. I’ve been lucky enough to not have to deal with negative comments from multiple people, although I feel for others who have. I am sorry because no one should be put down for their weight!

Day 8: Your workout routine.

This honestly changes all of the time! I work on my abs every day, however, every other day I do this workout bellow for my abs.
 Add this 15 minute 300-rep abs workout to your routine to target your midsection and look great this summer.
Other than that I work my arms, shoulders, and back on days that I don’t work my legs and butt. I have an app on my iPhone called Workouts and I also do some of those workouts too depending on the day and what I fee like doing. Other days I will just do a few exercises that I feel like doing for 15-30 minutes. But I always get 30 minutes of en exercise in! Here are some other exercises I do.
