Day 12: What do you normally eat?
I have to switch up everything that I eat all of the time otherwise I will go mad and just stop eating or stop eating healthier foods. I’ll give a few examples of what I love to eat or eat frequently enough.
- eggs, usually just the whites of eggs
- spinach, I am really a sucker for spinach I will eat it with everything
- fiber one bars, they have a bit of sugar but when I cut down my sugar everywhere else that day they are SO worth it
- Peanut butter
- Pears
- Vegetarian meat products such as hot dogs, meat crumble, veggie burgers, bacon, and other things like that
I recently just found some sugar free cookies, pudding, and candies, I will eat sparingly but I am happy to satisfy my sweet tooth now!
